These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit our website, purchase our products, communicate with us, or otherwise use the services offered through Lop & Luxe Botanicals.

1. Our Online Store

Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase through our website. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

2. Rabbit First. Always.

Our guiding principle is simple: Rabbit first. Always.

Our botanical products are intended to add variety, texture, scent, and enrichment to an animal’s routine when used appropriately. Product descriptions, ingredient information, educational materials, social media posts, and other content provided by Lop & Luxe Botanicals are offered for general informational purposes.

They are not veterinary advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You are responsible for determining whether a product and each of its ingredients are appropriate for your animal. Factors such as species, age, size, health history, medication use, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, and existing medical conditions may affect suitability.

Consult a qualified veterinarian when you have questions about your animal’s health, diet, symptoms, medications, or ability to consume a particular botanical ingredient.

If an animal experiences an unexpected reaction or appears unwell, discontinue use and seek appropriate veterinary guidance.

3. Supplemental Products

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Lop & Luxe Botanicals products are intended for supplemental use and enrichment.

They are not intended to replace:

  • Unlimited appropriate hay

  • Fresh water

  • A nutritionally complete diet

  • Veterinary care

  • Any medication or treatment prescribed by a veterinarian

Always follow the serving, storage, and use information provided with the product.

4. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to describe our products accurately and clearly. However, natural botanical ingredients are not manufactured to look identical from one harvest or batch to another.

Natural variation may occur in:

  • Color

  • Aroma

  • Flavor

  • Texture

  • Leaf or flower size

  • Ingredient shape

  • Botanical dust or fine material

  • Seasonal appearance

  • The distribution of ingredients within a blend

These variations do not necessarily mean a product is damaged, defective, or lower in quality.

Product photographs are intended to represent the general appearance of our products. Screen settings, lighting, seasonal crops, supplier availability, and natural variation may cause the product you receive to look somewhat different.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, ingredient sources, packaging, net weights, instructions, photographs, and other product information when reasonably necessary. We will not knowingly substitute an ingredient in a purchased product without accurately reflecting the product being offered.

5. Ingredient Awareness

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete ingredient list before purchasing or offering a product to an animal.

Do not purchase or use a product if your animal has a known or suspected allergy, sensitivity, contraindication, or medical reason to avoid an ingredient.

Botanical products should be introduced gradually and in an amount appropriate for the individual animal. An animal’s willingness or refusal to consume a product does not, by itself, establish that the product is defective.

If you have concerns about the appearance, scent, packaging, freshness, or condition of a product, do not offer it to your animal until you have contacted us.

6. Availability

Products may be available in limited quantities and may be discontinued, restocked, revised, or temporarily unavailable without advance notice.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. A product is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted and processed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantity of a product available to one person, household, order, or geographic area

  • Decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or intended for unauthorized resale

  • Discontinue products or promotions

  • Correct inventory errors

  • Restrict sales when reasonably necessary to protect customers, animals, or the business

We will provide a refund for any paid item that we cancel and do not fulfill.

7. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information, including your name, billing information, shipping address, and contact information.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you for clarification or verification before accepting or fulfilling an order.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has shipped or that every item can be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Pricing or product information contains a material error

  • Payment cannot be verified or authorized

  • The order appears fraudulent

  • The shipping address is incomplete or invalid

  • The order violates these Terms

  • Fulfilling the order could create a safety, legal, or operational concern

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items.

8. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, bundles, and promotions may change without advance notice. A later price reduction does not entitle a customer to a refund of the difference on a previous purchase.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges displayed at checkout. US purchases currently receive free shipping.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • The information is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout

We are not responsible for overdraft fees, currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution.

9. Discounts, Promotions, and Gift Offers

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any conditions communicated with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined

  • Discounts have no cash value

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively

  • Promotions may be limited by product, quantity, customer, or date

  • Promotional pricing may be changed or discontinued at any time before an order is placed

We may cancel or restrict a promotion if we reasonably believe it is being misused, shared beyond its intended audience, duplicated, manipulated, or used fraudulently.

Giveaway prizes, complimentary products, samples, and products received without payment are not redeemable for cash.

10. Shipping and Delivery

U.S. orders include free shipping on most orders. 

Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly state otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the timeframe displayed or communicated when the order is placed.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe—or, when no timeframe was provided, within the period required by applicable law—we may contact you to request consent to a delay or provide the option to cancel the affected portion of the order for a refund.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, emergencies, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.

Risk associated with an order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy. Please contact us if a shipment is damaged, missing, delayed beyond a reasonable period, or marked as delivered but cannot be located.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, satisfaction concerns, damaged orders, incorrect orders, and missing shipments are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because our products are consumable botanical products intended for animals, opened products generally cannot be returned or placed back into inventory. However, we review reasonable quality and satisfaction concerns individually.

When there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy regarding a return, refund, or replacement, the more specific provision in the Refund Policy will control.

12. Order Cancellations and Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

We will try to accommodate the request when the order has not entered fulfillment. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been packed, labeled, transferred to a carrier, or otherwise processed for shipment.

13. Storage and Customer Handling

You are responsible for storing products according to the instructions provided on the packaging or product page.

Botanical products should generally be protected from moisture, contamination, excessive heat, direct sunlight, insects, pests, and access by children or animals that may consume an inappropriate amount.

We are not responsible for deterioration, contamination, infestation, improper use, or other problems caused after delivery by storage or handling that is inconsistent with the instructions provided.

Do not use a product if its seal was unexpectedly broken, the packaging was materially damaged, or the product shows signs of contamination, moisture, mold, unusual odor, or another condition that raises a reasonable safety concern. Contact us before offering the product to an animal.

14. Personal and Household Use

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, products purchased through our retail website are sold for personal or household use.

Purchasing products does not grant permission to:

  • Repackage or relabel them

  • Represent yourself as an authorized retailer or distributor

  • Use our branding on another product

  • Resell products in a misleading manner

  • Make medical or health claims on our behalf

  • Alter a product and continue to represent it as an original Lop & Luxe Botanicals product

Businesses interested in wholesale purchasing should contact us to discuss a separate written agreement.

15. Website Content and Educational Information

We try to provide useful and accurate information, but website content may contain occasional typographical errors, omissions, outdated information, or technical inaccuracies.

We may correct or update content at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a material error affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option to proceed or cancel.
